Welcome to JKSports
JK Sports is a family owned, dedicated, involved, volleyball company that is in the business of building confidence to bring forward your best volleyball player. Besides offering trainings, clinics and camps, we have and competitive junior travel program for young volleyball players who are looking to take their skills to the next level. HEAT stands for Hustle, Energy, Attitude and Teamwork. The junior travel program is designed for players who are committed to the sport and wish to compete at a higher level and families who are willing to dedicate and sacrifice their time to help develop their player. At Jk Sports, the director brings in valuable, hands-on experience, participating at each practice and collaborating with the coaches. The practices are structured and geared towards competitive play and unleashing the players' greatest strengths and abilities. We pride ourselves in being a small, dedicated, and effective volleyball program that knows each player and their family on a personal level. We practice at 2 different locations in Fredericksburg, St. Michael the Archangel High School and the NEW Champions Sportsplex. If you want your child to learn the correct way to perform the skills, to build their confidence and have fun while doing it, you have come to the right place!

Coach Julie (JK)
As the owner of JKSports, Julie Kaulius brings a fun, unique coaching style.
Breaking down the skills of volleyball so they make sense + pushing gently to step out of comfort zones = rapid development and love of the game.
Julie brings a competitive young spirit that mentors young athletes and teaches tools like breath work and meditation. Through her own practice, Julie has learned to quiet her very busy mind and is excited to teach athletes how to return to the present moment. Athletes can ONLY compete in the present moment so having these tools an invaluable life skill.
After playing D1 volleyball and basketball at Boise State University, coaching came naturally. With over twenty years experience, Julie is excited to see the growth in the athlete's game, IQ, and confidence.
