Beach Volleyball

Beach volleyball is structured in a way that guarantees maximum playing time. You are never sitting on the bench waiting to play! Constant play means constant touches which result in rapid skills development!

Why should you consider beach volleyball? Simple. It will make you better overall. In court volleyball, you are usually designated to play a single position and reply upon the skills needed to play that role. However, in beach volleyball, you are required to play ALL positions. That includes receiving the ball and playing defense, setting, passing, hitting, and serving!
